This pickle does not contain oil. It is Handmade in small batches using ‘lacto-fermentation’ techniques
That was tied to culture, season and family recipes.
Free from additives, artificial preservatives, synthetic fillers or binders. No chemicals.
It is best before 6 months from the date of packaging.
Lemon Pickle
We use only glass jars for our pickles as we follow the "No Plastic Use" principle for food. All our jars contain air tight lids and keep the food safe from contamination if packed properly after every use. Also, Glass Jars are eco-friendly due to reusability and infinite recyclability.

BEST QUALITY INGREDIENTS : Made in cold pressed mustard oil, Pink salt, natural spices.
NO PRESERVATIVE: The pickle is sun-dried and naturally preserved and hence does not contain any artificial colours, artificial flavours or preservatives
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS : Use a clean dry spoon and not a wet spoon as the pickles are natural, without any preservatives and additives. Please keep the lid tightly closed when not being used. If you live in an area that is humid would recommend to refrigerate after opening.
